Server Assistant
As an assistant to the server, you are responsible for preparing service stations, assisting in the service to members and their guests, clearing and resetting tables, removing all trays from the dining rooms, and cleaning and closing service stations. Job Duties
- Running food & non-alcoholic beverages
- Bring Bread & provide Herb Mix presentation
- Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly.
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
- Running sidework & pre-bussing tables.
- Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
- Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
