We’re currently seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator for a full-time, day shift position in Asheville, NC . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in the landscaping materials industry. The role involves operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials such as soil, mulch, and gravel into trucks, customer vehicles, and designated areas. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday , and reliability is key. If you’re a team player with solid equipment experience and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loader to transport landscaping materials safely and efficiently

• Load trucks, customer vehicles, and designated drop zones as directed

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment

• Coordinate with team members and truck drivers for smooth operations

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment

• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in outdoor environments

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures

• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
