Key Responsibilities:

• Create Accurate Quotes: Develop detailed and precise cost estimates for a variety of signage projects In House.
• Manage RFQs: Send and track Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to our national partners.
• Negotiate Pricing: Work closely with suppliers to negotiate competitive installation pricing nationwide.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our Design and Project Management teams to ensure quotes meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Client Communication: Prepare and present final quotes to the Project Managers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in estimating or a similar role within the signage or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
