Branch Leader – Sales & Operations for Day Labor Services
A fast-growing On Demand (Day Labor ) company is hiring a local branch leader to oversee operations, drive client growth, and ensure consistent workforce delivery across a busy industrial market. This role blends leadership, coordination, and relationship management — perfect for someone who can move fast, solve problems, and lead from the front.

Compensation: Starting at $69,000/year + $6,000 business allowance totaling $75,000, plus performance-based bonuses
Schedule: Full-time | Early Morning Start | 8–10 hour shifts

We specialize in providing dependable, on-demand labor to clients in construction, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, demolition, hospitality and similar fields. Our model is hands-on, responsive, and built for speed — which means we need a branch manager who can that can bring the passion, with the energy to keep things moving everyday.
Your Role
As the Branch Manager, you’ll run the show locally. You’ll build relationships with clients, coordinate daily dispatches, and ensure workers get to job sites on time. You’ll also be expected to drive local sales and step in quickly when something needs fixing. This is a leadership role with real accountability.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relations & Outreach
Grow and maintain a network of business clients needing short-term or daily labor. Understand their needs and offer fast, reliable solutions.
• Daily Operations Management
Oversee worker dispatch, job site coordination, and daily check-ins. Keep everything running on schedule.
• Sales Development
Make calls, drop by worksites, and follow up on leads. Keep building a strong book of business.
• Team Oversight
Supervise internal support staff and build a high-performing team. Set expectations, hold people accountable, and keep morale high.
What You Bring
• Experience in staffing, labor coordination, construction, logistics, or operations
• Strong communication skills and a drive to build long-term business relationships
• Confidence making sales calls and managing client accounts
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage fast-paced, daily workflow
