Senior Content Management Analyst (Structured Content Specialist) Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week) Compensation: $62.57 / hour Location: 100% Remote (Available in 28 states) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Target Start Date: July 20

About the Role Are you a content strategist who views content through the lens of data? Do you look at a PDF or a brochure and instantly see structural patterns, categories, and models? If so, this is the role for you.

We are seeking a Senior Content Management Analyst with a heavy focus on content modeling and structured content. In this role, you won't just manage copy; you will build the backend architecture that allows a computer to seamlessly read, categorize, and deploy content. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing tactics and high-powered personalization engines, creating a single source of truth for our enterprise digital experiences.

What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content management systems (CMS), and personalization.

• Technical Focus: Proven experience with Structured Content and backend system content modeling (looking at content as data).

• Industry Background: Prior experience in the Finance / Consumer Banking or Tech industries.

• Platform Familiarity: Direct experience working within Web Content Management System platforms.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or an equivalent field.

• Portfolio: A portfolio of samples or case studies demonstrating how you have tackled complex content structure challenges in your career.

• Mindset: A proactive self-starter who can "hit the ground running" and self-lead through ambiguous migration projects.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Content Schema.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Your Typical Day & Key Responsibilities)

• Model & Structure: Lead the structural architecture of content models, breaking down marketing collateral into well-defined types to be deployed in a Salesforce Personalization Engine.

• Audit & Migrate: Hit the ground running in your first 90 days by auditing existing marketing collateral, PDFs, and brochures, translating them into structured, system-ready data.

• Build a Source of Truth: Audit and clean up our disclosure database, eliminating duplicates and inaccuracies to compile a unified, deployable database across multiple platforms.

• Track & Optimize: Identify vanity URLs in audited collateral and construct a comprehensive database complete with campaign IDs and owners.

• Collaborate & Document: Define and document content models for development in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating closely with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to align with enterprise goals.
