We're hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant with dementia care experience for a client in Charlotte North. This role calls for patience, creativity, and a calm, reassuring presence.

Client Type: Senior client living with dementia, private residence
Care Needed: Personal care, redirection techniques, safety supervision, structured routines, companionship

What We're Looking For:

• Active NC CNA certification
• Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia
• Calm, patient demeanor and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with behavioral changes and redirection techniques
