IT Ops Coordinator
Qualifications:
- The "Translator" Ability: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security requirements to non-technical staff and business requirements to technical engineers.
- Security Compliance Literacy: Must be willing to become familiar with required cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC). You don’t need to be an auditor, but you should develop an understanding of the logic of security controls.
- Detail Oriented: You enjoy organization and documentation. You understand that in compliance, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen.
- IT Generalist Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking, cloud apps (Office 365), and cybersecurity.
- Experience: 2–4 years in IT operations, project coordination, or a compliance-related role.
