Manufacturing/Operations Contributor 3
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform operational tasks including packaging kits, cleaning, simple quality checks, and routine paperwork.
- Handle basic machine operations: material handling, feeding production lines, clearing common machine faults.
- Participate in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
- Provide input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help manage operational metrics such as output and scrap.
- Utilize SAP for inventory tracking and production management.
- Work with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to support production workflows.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow housekeeping and safety policies.
- Take responsibility for proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in an operational or production environment.
- Experience performing machine operations, set-up/start-up/shut-down, and basic quality controls.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for semi-routine assignments.
- Familiarity with operational metrics such as output and scrap.
- Proficiency with SAP and MES systems.
- Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance tasks.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
