AR/Rebates Specialist

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an AR/Rebates Specialist for our client in Wendell, NC 27591. The ideal candidate will have some experience in one or more of the following: banking, rebate processing, account management or accounts receivable. Candidates must be customer-oriented to promptly and accurately resolve account issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through active engagement and communication with vendors and customers.
• Provide support and perform general administrative duties under the direction of the Account Manager.
• Responsible for completing transfer of invoices from one customer to another.
• Process check request received from customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their account which may involve, but not limited to, reconciliation, payment posting/reversals, explanation of account, password resets, invoice and statement request.
• Review and process marketing co-op advertising claims.
• Review and process sales program and sales bonus claims.
• Send out notices to customers and track and follow up on responses.
• Assist with gathering required documentation from customers.
• Train new and existing customers in systems, processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service, banking/teller, accounts receivable, collection, and/or bookkeeping experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM Sales Force and SAP systems are a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet required completion timelines.
