Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Associate to join a fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will provide accurate and timely financial and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.

What You Will Do

• Accurately record accounts payable transactions across multiple entities using accounting systems, ensuring timely and organized data entry.
• Record and report daily cash receipts and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks and electronic payments, including use of banking platforms for payment verification and transaction research.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring proper allocation of expenses and revenues.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
• Track and manage expenses by verifying invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing explanations as needed.
• Assist with financial analysis, including variance and cost analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
