What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist at Connected Crew, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and HR policies.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Administering and maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Acting as a trusted resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
