Warehouse Operations Operator 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting)
- Generate reports from the ERP system as needed
- Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and physical counts
- Conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure system integrity
- Investigate anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts
- Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed
Experience Required
- 0 - 5 years overall
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required
- Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read/write English language documentation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift experience (minimum 6 months) required
- Must be flexible to work weekends if requested by business needs
- 10-panel drug screening required (must be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance)
- Must clear all background checks before starting
- Steel toe or composite shoes required
- 2 weeks of on-the-job training provided
