Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is Hiring an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor!
Are you a seasoned Service Advisor with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and a deep understanding of automotive repair and maintenance? Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.
In this role you will serve as the trusted liaison between our customers and service technicians, using your industry knowledge to accurately assess service needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from drop-off to delivery.

What You'll Do:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers trust. Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting detailed vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to accurately identify service needs
- Clearly explaining recommended services, repair options, and costs to customers
- Scheduling service appointments and efficiently managing shop workflow
- Working closely with technicians and teammates to ensure a seamless service experience
- Addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
- Jumping in on other duties as needed - we're a team!
What We're Looking For:
You're a natural problem-solver with a passion for cars and people. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the Automotive Industry
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
- Top-notch communication and people skills - you're great at building trust and keeping customers informed
- Comfort with computer systems for scheduling, estimates, and invoicing
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
