Senior Scheduler Job Description Location: Charlotte, United States Start Date: 24 February 2026 Pay Rate: $68 Per Hour Job Description: As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling of resources, projects, and activities within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure deadlines are met Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions Monitor and track project progress Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or related field Proficiency in project management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
