About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative contract Recruiting Specialist to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in matching our Fellows to project opportunities by reviewing resumes, assessing candidate qualifications and overall fit, and ensuring alignment with client and project needs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate experience, skills, and transferable strengths while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the screening process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable managing high volumes of candidate reviews in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to consistently identify top talent that aligns with both project requirements and company standards.
Desired Capabilities
- 1+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, resume screening, or candidate evaluation
- 1+ years experience using google suite tools such as spreadsheets and docs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
- Comfortable making informed recommendations and exercising sound judgment during candidate review processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Extra Credit
- Experience reviewing resumes across a variety of industries or functional areas
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, recommend more efficient workflows, and contribute to operational improvements
