Senior Proposal Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative team? Join our Global Proposal Management team as a Senior Proposal Specialist and make a tangible impact supporting proposal triage, CRM (Salesforce), and process improvement initiatives that drive our success!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Gatekeeper: Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging all new Requests for Proposals (RFPs),rebids, and Requests for Information (RFIs). Analyze client RFPs and RFIs to identify key services sought by our customers and route these requests to the correct Proposal Teams and stakeholders.

• Manage Proposal Logistics: Independently create and maintain SharePoint sites for RFPs and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring all essential documents are organized and accessible.

• Data Dynamo: Perform accurate data entry into our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed RFP and budget information. Assist with loading, cleaning, and maintaining critical pricing and experience data.

• Reporting Rockstar: Compile, generate, and distribute daily workload summaries and experience reports, supporting internal teams and senior management with insightful analytics.

• Process Champion: Lead data cleanup and process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.

• Compliance Guardian: Ensure Trade Law Compliance for new sponsors, managing documentation and following all required processes.

• Collaborative Communicator: Assist internal personnel by providing clear guidance on our Global Proposal Management processes, fostering smooth communication across multiple departments.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, email, and voicemail.

• Experience working with Salesforce is a major plus, along with familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you’re an effective collaborator and communicator.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic, evolving work environment.

• Analytical thinker with a passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Experience in the CRO industry is a bonus, but not required.

Salary Range:

$40,900.00 - $69,500.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
