Production Associate
Job Summary 1st shift/ 7am-3:30pm **some overtime**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves handling materials, assisting in production processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Assemble, package, and label products for shipment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Track inventory and report discrepancies
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
- Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing
