Automotive Technician

Job Responsibilities of an Experienced Automotive Technician
As an Automotive Technician at Paul Campanella's Auto Centers, you will play a key role in vehicle diagnostics and repair. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our goal of providing outstanding service to our customers. This role is ideal for skilled professionals who are passionate about automotive technology and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
Main Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to determine the root cause of vehicle issues.
- Perform complex vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately assess vehicle problems and develop service plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance conducted.
- Mentor junior technicians and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
- Adhere to safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology through continuous education and training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Certification from an accredited automotive repair program or equivalent work experience.
- ASE certification or willingness to become ASE certified
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Work Schedule
This full-time position offers an aggressive hybrid compensation plan that ranges from $60,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
