Team Leader (Part Time) at Battle House Laser Tag
Exciting opportunity is available at Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest, NC for a Director Of Fun in a Team Lead role. Seeking dynamic individuals who thrive in a high-energy, FUN-focused environment. Role involves leading laser tag missions and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the smooth running of activities. Looking for customer-oriented individuals who enjoy challenges. Position available as part-time or full-time, with a requirement to work every Saturday and most Sundays. This position is also part of the Tips split for team members.
Qualifications
- Public speaking skills a must
- Teamwork (no drama zone when you enter our place)
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage large groups
- You must be a fun person!
