Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: 120K-160K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking a Project Manager in Raleigh. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks! The candidate must have a background in project management for a general contractor in construction. Ideal project experience would be ground up retail or grocery.

What You'll Do

• Work to establish operation priorities and ensure safety and quality on every project.
• Ability to utilize software programs and templates to process, distribute, and track all project documentation.
• Manage jobs in progress including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, and documentation.
• Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment; continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits through project completion.
• Occasional travel to projects to provide oversight a few days each month
• In office 3 days a week

Knowledge:

• Project Management and construction software knowledge and usage
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with varied commercial construction projects: retail, restaurant, daycares, and government
• Stable work history and good tenure with references

Pay: $120,000-$160,000K
