• Manage and oversee all phases of deck construction projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensuring the best quality for our clients
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, coordinating their tasks to meet project deadlines
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Ensure project profitability by monitoring budget and controlling costs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and positive referrals
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to improve project efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in deck construction or a related field
• Basic Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Extensive knowledge of deck construction techniques, materials, and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in customer service and client management.
