Requirements:
- 5 years leadership in high-volume, mostly scratch kitchen
- Solid grasp of restaurant financials, including effective management of COGS and labor.
- Proven track record of loyalty and professional growth
- Strong leadership presence in the kitchen with great attention to detail during service
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment
- Passion for coaching and teaching staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Backgrounds in family dining, busy casual dining, or cafeteria settings will be considered
