In this role, you'll manage ambassador relationships, develop impactful campaigns, and integrate digital marketing strategies to grow brand presence. What You'll Do

Ambassador & Influencer Management

Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with ambassadors, trainers, and influencers who align with brand values.
Collaborate with ambassadors to create engaging, authentic content that resonates with target audiences.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Strategic Campaign Development

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Oversee campaign performance tracking, analyzing key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing Integration

Incorporate influencer and ambassador initiatives into the broader digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Manage and enhance the company's social media presence to drive engagement and brand visibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Brand Alignment

Work closely with marketing, social media, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
Ensure all partnerships comply with legal and regulatory guidelines while maintaining brand integrity.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field—preferably within the fitness, health & wellness, or athleisure industries.
Hands-on Expertise: Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage full-scale marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Social Media Savvy: Understanding of platform trends and best practices to maximize engagement.
Passion for Health & Wellness: A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a commitment to promoting these values.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
Relationship Builder: Experience managing ambassador and influencer partnerships with a focus on long-term success.
Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina (this is not a remote role).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
