The UX Researcher will play a key role in shaping this transformation by delivering clear, actionable insights that inform product and design decisions in real time. This role leans heavily into qualitative research, with a focus on concept shaping, experience feedback, and rapid iteration cycles. You will work as part of an embedded, cross-functional team alongside designers, product managers, and prototypers, supporting multiple concurrent workstreams such as onboarding, integrations, partner workflows, and AI-assisted experiences. Your work will help ensure that designs are grounded in real user needs before and during development. This is not a traditional, large-scale research role. Instead, you will operate in a lean, high-impact model, often working with small groups of participants, supplemented by internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will be expected to quickly ramp on complex domains such as partner ecosystems and channel sales models, and translate findings into recommendations that designers can act on immediately.

• Strong facilitation skills for interviews across different user types, including end users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders • Ability to generate product and experience feedback that helps refine concepts early, before formal validation • Experience conducting rapid-turnaround research, including synthesizing findings within days and presenting to stakeholders the following week • Comfortable shaping UX recommendations without relying on large data sets, using expert judgment and design understanding • Ability to evaluate interfaces and identify opportunities for improvement without requiring formal usability testing • Experience collaborating closely with designers to refine flows, reduce friction, and improve usability • Strong storytelling skills with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments Secondary Skills (Nice to Haves) • Experience with lightweight quantitative methods such as pulse surveys • Familiarity with digital experience testing and concept validation workflows • Exposure to AI-driven or conversational experiences • Experience in B2B, partner ecosystems, or channel sales environments • Understanding of interaction design and usability principles • Experience partnering closely with level designers and researchers

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00/hr.
