Role Overview

As a Supply and Demand Planner, you're entrusted with critical tasks—scheduling production and ensuring material availability. You will be at the forefront, aligning manufacturing operations and inventory standards to realize seamless product delivery. Hands-on expertise in managing production schedules within a manufacturing environment is essential for this role. Your coordination with procurement and logistics teams will be crucial in driving efficiency and meeting production targets.

We seek professionals with proven experience in directly managing production schedules—not simply supporting roles. Ideal candidates possess a strong capacity to develop and adjust schedules in dynamic conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in production scheduling within manufacturing

• Skilled in ERP systems for managing production parameters and timelines

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

• Effective in English for global communication and collaboration

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems

• Robust analytical ability for data-driven decision making

• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles

• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Knowledgeable in automotive supply chain practices
