Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical

Pay: $34.50/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical to support the maintenance, reliability, and repair of manufacturing equipment used to build world-class rail vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial equipment (CNC machines, welding robots, hydraulic presses, motors, HVAC, and electrical systems)
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues (12V–480V, 3-phase power, PLCs)
• Support equipment installation, setup, and startup
• Complete work orders, documentation, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Fabricate fixtures and assist with training other technicians
• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Schedule & Environment:

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Monday–Friday
• Training on day shift
• Clean, modern manufacturing facility

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC.

The pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $80766.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,NC.
