What You’ll Do:
As a Float Consultant, you are the face of our spa and key to an amazing customer experience. Your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude and identifying their needs
• Educating clients on the benefits of float therapy and our membership options
• Handling booking and check-in/out using SalonClouds and Boulevard POS systems
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the spa and float pods
• Preparing float pods, including lifting and handling 50 lb bags of Epsom salts
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting pod issues when needed
• Actively promoting memberships, retail products, and upselling services with confidence
• Assisting with marketing initiatives such as text outreach and appointment reminders
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven role with targets and incentives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance
• Reliable with open availability, especially on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform cleaning duties
• Previous spa or wellness experience is a plus but not required
