Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in school settings, delivering therapy and assessments
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on speech/language goals and progress
