Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful school-based occupational therapy role providing essential support to students from preschool through 5th grade. As an integral clinical partner across three sites, you'll help foster skill development, boost functional independence, and empower children to thrive within their educational environment. With a manageable caseload of 37 students and a schedule spanning four days per week (32 hours), you’ll find a balance of meaningful patient interaction and professional fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, addressing motor, sensory, and self-care needs
• Support individualized education plan (IEP) development and progress tracking
• Collaborate across three sites to maximize consistency and care continuity
• Educate and empower caregivers and staff on practical strategies for the classroom
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school, district, and regulatory standards
