Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics | Fayetteville, NC

$75,000–$85,000/Year (Based on Experience)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), our Speech-Language Pathologists play a vital role in helping children with autism and developmental delays communicate with confidence. You’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, family-centered environment.
This role is primarily based in our Fayetteville clinic, with occasional travel to Durham for team collaboration or clinical support. Flexible scheduling options are available for both full-time and part-time candidates.
Position Details
- Primary Location: Fayetteville, NC (clinic-based)
- Travel: Occasional support for our Durham clinic
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time
- Reports To: Clinical Director
- Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)
What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
- Conduct evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans
- Address expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC use, feeding needs, and social communication skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support consistent communication outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for evaluations, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with ASHA standards, state licensure requirements, and AutismCOE policies
Qualifications
Required:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Preferred:
- Pediatric experience
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
