Responsible for registration, timely renewal, and maintenance of all files associated with PA's and PLLC's owned by dentists to provide dental services in North Carolina. Also, compiles information from dentists applying for anesthesia or sedation permits and coordinates site inspections/and evaluations of dental providers offering these services. Responsible for evaluating information submitted by dental hygienists seeking certification to provide local anesthetic and for the gathering all information necessary for the Dental Board to approve radiology courses. Other administrative duties as assigned
