We're looking for a dependable, friendly leader to become the face of our Burlington store and help create the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do

As our Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

You'll:

• Welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude.

• Build lasting relationships that earn customer loyalty.

• Resolve customer questions and concerns with confidence and care.

• Lead by example and help create a positive, supportive team environment.

• Train and support Customer Service Representatives.

• Accurately process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front counter.

• Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.

• Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
