Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves working in a dynamic hospital environment with a focus on diverse patient care needs in the Med/Tele units, particularly covering ED Holds.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Deliver patient care in a Level I Trauma Center with diverse cases such as GSW, Stroke, Heart Failure, and more.
• Conduct cardiac rhythm interpretation and provide stroke care.
• Manage medication infusions, including cardiac drips and blood products.
• Perform procedures such as tracheostomy care, PIV starts, and chest tube management.
• Collaborate with support staff including charge nurses and hospitalists available 24/7.

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in using EMR systems like EPIC
