Client Service Associate
Overview
Olde Raleigh Financial Group is a boutique wealth management firm in Raleigh, NC, known for its calm, relationship-driven approach and high-touch client service. We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our established team and step into a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our advisory practice.
This is an in-office, salaried position ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing support role and enjoys being part of a small, values-aligned team with a long history of client trust. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through the door—and a key contributor behind the scenes.
The Role
As the Client Service Associate, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to a team of four advisors, helping ensure an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, answering phones, and managing front-office hospitality
- Preparing and processing paperwork for new accounts, ACATs, RMDs, and other routine transactions
- Monitoring client documentation status (signatures, transfers, follow-ups)
- Maintaining CRM data (Redtail, Levitate) and uploading documents via Laserfiche
- Supporting digital workflows via DocuSign and coordinating logistics for client events
- Providing occasional backup on 401(k) plan servicing and basic marketing coordination
- Assisting with internal operations such as check deposits and calendar management
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is defined by consistency, accuracy, and your ability to create a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. We’ll be looking for:
- Confident ownership of routine workflows with minimal supervision
- Positive client impressions at every point of contact
- Organized, detail-driven execution of tasks
- A smooth transition of operational responsibilities from our Operations Manager
Who You Are
You’re a natural with people: easy to talk to, thoughtful, and grounded. You enjoy helping others, take pride in getting the details right, and don’t get rattled under pressure. You’re the kind of person who remembers to smile when you answer the phone and notices when a client needs an extra minute of care.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have high emotional intelligence and make others feel welcome
- Are willing to get grooved into our working systems and take initiative when it’s needed
- Are humble, friendly, and able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Appreciate clear boundaries and a consistent work routine
Requirements
- 3+ years in a CSA or financial services support role
- Experience with Fidelity, Redtail, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Laserfiche, and Levitate preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within first year)
- Prior exposure to financial paperwork and client service in an advisory firm
Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($55,000–$75,000 DOE)
- 401(k) with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year / 1,000 hours
- 10 days PTO + all market holidays (approx. 10 per year)
- Free money management for employees with brokerage experience
- Office hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a flexible 1-hour lunch
To Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief letter introducing yourself and your interest in the role.
