Job Summary
We’re looking for a licensed esthetician who is excited to join our team as a Patient Coordinator . This role offers a supportive, growth-focused environment where you’ll help with day-to-day front-end operations in a fast-paced environment alongside industry renowned trainers — with the possible opportunity to build your own client base in the future .
Responsibilities
- Open and close the spa according to established procedures
- Assist providers with patient flow and front-end support
- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming experience
- Coordinate patient needs , including scheduling support and general inquiries
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional environment
- Support smooth day-to-day operations to ensure a great patient experience
Experience
- Current licensed esthetician (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
- Willingness to support both front desk and provider needs
- Be passionate to assist others in looking and feeling their best
- Desire to grow their career in the aesthetics industry by learning from renowned trainers and providers.
