Location - Celebration Station - Greensboro, North Carolina
Position Type – FT Hourly
Pay Range- $16-$17/Hr

What This Role Is:
This is a hands-on leadership position. You won't be sitting in an office. You'll be on the floor coaching team members, helping guests, solving problems, and making sure the park runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of attraction and front desk team members.
- Jump in to help during busy shifts.
- Make sure attractions are running safely and efficiently.
- Coach team members on guest service and performance.
- Help with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily checklists.
- Be part of weekend and holiday operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone dependable who shows up ready to lead.
- 1+ year of supervisory or shift lead experience.
- Background in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or entertainment is a plus.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and grow.

You must be 21+, able to work weekends, and comfortable being on your feet during shifts.
