Administrative assistant
Administrative Assistant – Full Time (Fayetteville, NY)
A busy real estate office in Fayetteville is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily administrative support to agents and brokers
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing and updating social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Creating marketing content using Canva and other tools
Assisting with supply orders and office organization
Preparing documents, presentations, and other marketing materials
Basic IT help when needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
Strong understanding of social media marketing and posting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Prior real estate or office experience a plus but not required
