Business Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support client engagement initiatives by leveraging data management platforms and analyzing CRM data to drive actionable insights. You will collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and adherence to brand guidelines. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for CRM systems and Martech platforms to maintain data integrity and assist with marketing and business development activities. - Manage and prioritize service queue requests from internal stakeholders, resolving system-related issues efficiently. - Analyze CRM data to produce detailed reports and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. - Oversee the marketing process for briefings, newsletters, and events, ensuring campaigns align with brand standards and are executed effectively. - Develop mailing lists, approve automation workflows, test and send mailings, and report on campaign metrics including engagement rates and bounce-back analysis. - Support regional adoption and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring users are equipped with the tools and knowledge to maximize their effectiveness. - Maintain data quality by standardizing, verifying, and cleansing CRM records, as well as monitoring changes to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Enhance CRM data by integrating information from multiple sources while adhering to global data protection policies. - Uphold controlled vocabularies and taxonomies to ensure standardization across systems and maintain firm-wide data consistency. Requirements - Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on CRM systems and data management. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and the ability to contribute to iterative project development. - Strong skills in gap analysis and document review to identify areas for process improvement. - Exceptional customer service experience, particularly in call center or client-facing environments. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to create actionable insights and recommendations. - Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices for maintaining compliance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to established SLAs and KPIs. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively.
