• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (travel contract)
• Facility Setting: Acute care hospital – Interventional Radiology Unit
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: January 4, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 40 (guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2740 - $2820
• On-Call: Every 3rd weekend (Friday 6 PM – Monday 7 AM) and approximately 10 call shifts (6 PM – 7 AM) during a 6-week period. Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes of call.
• Dress Code: Grey scrubs provided by the hospital

Qualifications – Interventional Radiology Technologist

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Rad Tech in a hospital or acute care setting
• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Interventional Technologist certification preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes
• Must be able to work on-site in Greenville, NC (North Carolina radiology jobs)
• Eligible to work within an 80-mile radius (no local clinicians within 50 miles)

Responsibilities – Interventional Radiology Tech

• Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in an acute care hospital setting
• Assist physicians with vascular and interventional procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation as required
