Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach and acting with integrity in a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor, employee, and/or vehicle activity and following site-specific access procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations that could impact the location, personnel, or property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
