Position Summary - This person is responsible for driving all types of STC Vehicles. This person is also responsible for all ground operations, including but not limited to the operation of tree work equipment, clean up of the yard, roping, and assisting crew leader and climber with aspects of their work.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Essential Functions
- Drive STC Vehicles, both manual and automatic
- Drag Brush / Feed Chipper
- Proper Chain Saw Use
- Support for Aerial Workers
- Driver of Dump Truck with Trailer
- Final Yard Clean-up
- Pre & Post Vehicle Inspections

The noise level in the work environment is usually heavy.
