TOGO Specialist
Like no place else. Fun. Fresh. Flavorful. We are looking for a To Go Specialist to ensure all takeaway guests receive an amazing experience. To Go Specialists responsibilities include answering the phone, taking orders, using the point of sale system, and providing meals to guests. To be successful in this role, you should be friendly, and eager to provide an excellent experience with our guests. Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls, sharing information with guests and taking their orders
- Review incoming orders in our online system
- Keep the delivery area organized, and efficient
- Promote specials and add ons
- Package food and ensure utensils, receipts, etc are provided
- Input orders in the point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Comply with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
- Describe the menu and food to guests over the phone and in person, sharing suggestions
