BoardCertifiedBehaviorAnalyst(BCBA):

TheBCBAwilldevelop,implement,andmaintainbehavioranalyticcomprehensivetreatmentandbehaviorplansforindividualswithautismandtheirstakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conductassessments,includingFBAs,anddevelopABAtreatmentandbehaviorinterventionplans

• TrainandsupervisebehaviortechniciansinABAprogramsacrossapplicablesettings

• Educateandworkwithparentsonbehavioranalytictechniques

• Coordinatecarewithclientsotherserviceproviders

• Createandmaintaineffectivedatacollectionmethods

• Trackandanalyzedataandmodify/createnewprogramsaccordingly

• Attendteammeetingsandtrainings

• Directlyworkwithclientswhenapplicable

Qualifications:

• Current(andmaintain)BCBAcertification

• NC Licensure

• MastersDegreeinAppliedBehaviorAnalysisorrelatedhumanservicesfield(e.g.,education,socialwork,orpsychology)

• Excellentverbal/writtencommunicationskills

• CompliantwithHIPAA,BACB,andinsurancefunders

Preferredqualifications:

• ExperienceconductingVB-MAPP,ABLLS,Vineland,andFAST/QABF,amongotherassessments

• Proficientatwritinginitialandprogressreports

• Comfortableusingelectronicdatacollectionandreportingtechnology(CentralReach)

• NJLBA
