As a Project Executive your duties will include:

• Project Oversight & Leadership: Provide coaching, consulting, and strategic direction for assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, withing budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Team Management: Directly manage and support project teams, including project managers, superintendents, field engineers, and other staff. Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture across all levels.
• Financial & Operational Accountability: Maintain full responsibility for the financial health, construction quality, risk mitigation, and owner satisfaction of a project or group of projects.
• Talent Development: Mentor and guide early-career professionals, supporting career progression and helping to build WxTite’s internal talent pipeline.
• Process Improvement: Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

Our ideal Project Executive candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction operation principles is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Scheduling/Project Management software; familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, computer skills, ability to work with confidential information, and attention to detail is required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid Drivers License
