Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a full-time RBT to support students in a welcoming, collaborative school district near Wimington, DE. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about helping learners succeed and enjoys working closely with a supportive team of BCBAs, teachers, and therapists.
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and track student data to help guide progress
- Collaborate with school staff and families
- Help foster positive behavior, independence, and social/emotional growth

**Requirements:**
- Active RBT certification
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is helpful but not required
