Glazing and Loading Associate (Part-Time)

As a Glazing and Loading Associate, you will play a key role in our manufacturing and warehouse operations by accurately glazing glass into door frames and safely preparing finished products for shipment. This is a part-time, piece-rate position with production quotas, where pay is based on output, speed, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, organize, and transport glass and finished door units (up to 25–30 pieces per batch, weighing up to 25 lbs. each).
• Apply glazing materials and ensure proper sealing and secure fit of glass components.
• Inspect glass and assembled units for defects, alignment, and quality standards.
• Prepare finished products for loading, staging, and shipment.
• Safely load and organize products for outgoing deliveries.
• Operate basic hand tools and glazing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Meet or exceed assigned production quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a quota-based production system.
• Basic ability to read measurements, labels, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in English for understanding work orders and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in glazing, glass handling, manufacturing, or loading is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
