Residential Roofing
Construction Trades Staffing is looking for experienced Residential Roofers for upcoming projects in Asheville, NC.
This work includes full tear‑offs and installation of new roofing systems on residential properties. We are looking for dependable roofers who can work safely, efficiently, and deliver high‑quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete tear‑offs of existing roofing materials
Install metal roofing systems (standing seam, R‑panel, corrugated)
Install asphalt shingles to manufacturer and code standards
Assist with underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and finishing details
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Work at heights and follow all safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Requirements
Experience with residential metal and/or shingle roofing
OSHA 10 Or OSHA 30
Must have basic hand and power tools
Tool belt preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on elevated surfaces
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
