Maintenance Tech - Clemmons, NC

Principal Duties include:
- Responsibility for doing minor building repairs, coordinating with outside contractors for landscape, grounds and offices maintenance.
- Knowledge of woodworking equipment and their repair and maintenance, minor repairs of hand tools (ie, pneumatic nail guns), forklifts, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Maintenance or equivalent experience in commercial facilities, or “punch list-type” experience, if coming from a builder background.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Woodworking and computer experience are required.
Required education: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary : From $18.00 per hour (to start), based on experience and qualifications.
