Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference by supporting students’ communication and learning in a school-based speech-language pathology role. Two contract opportunities are available for skilled SLP professionals—one working with K–12 students and another focusing on a preschool caseload. Each position offers the rewarding chance to collaborate with educators, address a variety of communication needs, and help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of North Carolina
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in a school setting is valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Experience working with diverse student populations ranging from preschool through 12th grade

Role Details:

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Serve as the primary SLP for a caseload of approximately 55 students
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech and language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
• One available opening dedicated to preschool-aged children; the other covers K–12 students
