Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus primarily on marketing, brand awareness, content creation, and customer engagement, while also providing excellent service and support to our customers.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers while taking ownership of marketing projects from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Development

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms

Develop marketing materials, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, and other promotional content

Maintain a consistent and professional company brand across all marketing channels

Take and organize photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes Assist with website content and updates

Identify new opportunities to promote the company, products, and services Help coordinate company events, trade shows, community involvement, and promotional activities

Track marketing activities and help evaluate campaign performance

Work with sales and management to develop marketing initiatives that support business growth

Customer Service & Engagement

Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person

Respond to customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner

Follow up with current customers, prospective customers, and leads Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customersAssist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed

Maintain accurate customer and prospect contact information

Gather customer feedback, reviews, testimonials, and success stories that can be incorporated into marketing efforts

Help ensure customers have a positive and professional experience with our company

Communicate customer needs, opportunities, and feedback to the appropriate departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience; OR a minimum of five (5) years of relevant marketing, communications, or customer relations experience in lieu of a degree

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Creative mindset with an eye for professional and engaging content

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience using social media platforms for business and marketing purposes Working knowledge of digital and email marketing

Experience with Canva, Adobe products, or similar design tools is a plus Photography and basic video editing experience is a plus

Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday
